This guide shows you how to do the wonder weapon easter egg on Shi No Numa in Vanguard Zombies. We also have a video guide for your visual reference.
Video Guide
Step 1 - Weapon Barrel
The first step is to make your way to the Fishing Hut and collect the weapon barrel from the shelf in front of the perk fountain.
Next, make your way to the Comm Room area and insert the weapon barrel inside the radio tower resting in front of the Comm Room door.
After inserting the weapon barrel, you will hear some thunder going off. End the round. After a couple of seconds, lightning will strike the radio tower machine.
It will start a defense objective where you must protect the radio tower from regular zombies, Boom Schreiers, and Sturmkriegers. It would be best to have the free tier of the Jugger-Nog perk before starting this.
Keep defending the radio tower until your screen flashes white, indicating the end of this mini-objective.
Once done, approach the radio tower, and you will get a prompt to remove the weapon barrel. Interact with the radio tower to retrieve the weapon barrel.
Step 2 - Charged Vacuum Tubes
Now, you need to collect three charged vacuum tubes. Let’s start with the first and the easiest one.
Tube 1
After step 1, make your way inside the Comm Room, and you will find your first charged vacuum tube plugged into a radio on a shelf behind the perk fountain.
Tube 2
In the same Comm Room hut, go to the next room, and you will find an electrical fuse on the table. Pick it up.
After that, make your way to Storage.
This is where all your charged vacuum tubes are collected, and is also where you will craft the Wunderwaffe DG-2. You can see the Wunderwaffe DG-2 crafting table on your right as you enter the Storage hut. You will notice your charged vacuum tube from step 1 on the table.
Make sure you have 1,000 points and activate the Storage trap.
Let it run for a bit, and it will eventually blow up the fuse inside it.
We can use the electrical fuse from the Comm Room to repair it. But, before doing so, horde up at least 20 zombies. We need to train the zombies before inserting the electrical fuse as it activates the trap as soon as you insert it.
We need to be sure to have enough zombies. Otherwise, the activation will go to waste, and you must repeat the process. Therefore, it is best to train the zombies beforehand.
Once you have enough zombies, quickly enter Storage and repair the trap to insert the electrical fuse and activate the trap. This won’t cost any points.
Wait for the zombies to pass through it and die.
You will eventually get an audio cue or a dialogue that confirms you have enough kills and that the vacuum tube is charged.
You can find the charged vacuum tube on the Wunderwaffe DG-2 crafting table alongside tube 1.
Tube 3
The third and final vacuum tube is on the table by the coil inside the Excavation Room. We need to charge this coil to charge the vacuum tube on the table beside it.
We do this by using Zaballa’s attack, and she only spawns on round 15 and above. Continue playing until you reach round 15. Once she spawns in, stand close to the coil and wait for Zaballa to initiate her attack. She will disappear, and some red orbs will appear near you. As soon as she disappears, quickly move away from the red orb as it explodes.
When the red orb explodes, it charges the coil. You need three blasts from her attack to charge the coil fully. The coil will emit purple lightning as it charges. The more it charges, the more lightning will be around it.
Once it’s done, you can get rid of Zaballa and pick up your charged vacuum tube.
Crafting the Wunderwaffe DG-2
Now you can head back to the Storage and craft your Wunderwaffe DG-2. You can see all the tubes on the table.
It’s a fun wonder weapon to use but has a very slow reload rate despite having tier IV speed cola. Hopefully, this will be changed in the future patch.
